From my instagram post, my favorite buko pie from Los Baños' The Original Buko Pie. Also in the photo is tropical pie, a combination of buko and pineapple in a pie. Love them both -- freshly baked, lots of young coconut meat (and pineapple) and not too sweet! The Original offers free taste while you wait. Yes you have to wait an hour or two (especially during weekends and holidays) because there's always a long queue of customers in their store who go there to buy not just one, not two but three or more boxes of pies. That's how popular this brand is. Try it when you happen to be in or pass by Los Baños, it's along the highway anyway. ^_^
