Spicy Prawns in Butter and Garlic |
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo prawns
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 cup soda (I used mountain dew)
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (add/lessen, depending on your tolerance for spicy food)
Procedure:
- Marinade the prawns in a cup of soda for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat the pan and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the prawns as well as the liquid marinade.
- Add the chili garlic sauce then let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle the parsley then add salt and pepper to taste.
That's it, spicy prawns in butter and garlic. Serve with warm rice and share, enjoy!! ^_^
