Baon Lunch: steamed salmon in basil and coriander with steamed broccoli and brown rice |
Back in the days when I have to monitor my cholesterol and uric acid level, I usually prepare and cook my own lunch for work. Steamed salmon in basil, coriander and pepper, brown rice and steamed broccoli has been one of my baon lunch; healthy but still tasty. As a side effect of this diet, I lost around 8 pounds. Yey, two birds in one stone! :P
