| Manam's Watermelon Sinigang |
This is another "expectation vs reality" photo I posted on my instagram account (follow me, please ☺). It is Manam's sinigang with a twist - beef spareribs sinigang with watermelon. The serving to us (right side photo), though not that presentable and instagram-worthy, is definitely delicious. The sour taste of the sinigang mix they used and the sweet taste of watermelon plus the beef spareribs blended so well and makes this sinigang definitely worth your money. It's kind of pricey considering its serving size but if you love Filipino food, watermelon sinigang and Manam restaurant is definitely worth a try.
