| Mint Tea Mojito |
I had this Mint Tea Mojito from Modern Shanghai, a Chinese restaurant in SM Mall of Asia during an all-girls night out last year (oh yeah, it's been that long :p). It's a mixture of fresh pineapple, muddled with mint leaves and fresh lime, topped with ginger ale and Ceylon tea. I instantly liked it. It's very refreshing. I love the zesty flavor of ginger together with the sweet taste of pineapple and the taste/aroma of mint. It's just perfect, really. I'll make my version of this drink this coming weekend, together with some homemade dishes, as a surprise treat to a very dear friend. Hmmm...I can't wait. ^_^
