one of my favorite dishes: Pork Caldereta

One of my favorite dishes, pork caldereta. In this dish, I followed the recipe printed in the Del Monte Quick 'n Easy Caldereta Sauce pack. But instead of beef, I used pork ribs because it's what's available in the ref. Caldereta still, anyway...hehe!
